SpanSet 1-Strang-Rundschlingen-Gehänge
Das SpanSet 1-Strang-Rundschlingen-Gehänge findet seinen Einsatz überall, wo Lasten häufig mit einem festen Anschlagpunkt bewegt oder neu positioniert werden. Da die Haken des Gehänges aus hochfestem Stahl geschmiedet werden, sind sie überaus belastbar. Das ermöglicht eine kompakte Bauweise des Hakens bei optimaler Maulbreite und gestaltet das Einhängen des Hakens viel komfortabler. Die hochfesten Verbindungselemente sind nach DIN EN 1677 geprüft und entsprechen der Güteklasse 8. Da die Rundschlinge mit ihrer gesamten Breite darin aufliegt, werden gefährliche Punktbelastungen ausgeschlossen.
Alle Stränge der SpanSet-Rundschlingen-Gehänge sind mit einem zusätzlichen Schutzschlauch umhüllt. Der Schlauch in Tragfähigkeitsfarbe nach DIN EN ist fest vernäht und vermindert den Verschleiß. Gleichzeitig verbessert er die Handhabung, indem er die Rundschlingen bündelt. Bei einer Beschädigung eines Bauteils, muss nicht automatisch das ganze Gehänge ausgetauscht werden. Durch ein Baukasten-Prinzip kann jede Komponente einzeln ausgetauscht, egal ob Rundschlinge, Verbindungselement oder Haken.
